Job Title: Labware Validation Resource
Location: Rensselaer, NY (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (Potential to Extend)

Our client is seeking an experienced **Labware Validation Specialist** to support the validation of **Labware LIMS** and the rollout of an **electronic lab notebook** in a fast-paced biotechnology environment. This role involves **IQ/OQ/PQ validation, risk assessments, regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, GMP), and collaboration with QC and CSA teams**.
Key Skills & Requirements:
6-10 years** of experience in **biotech/life sciences**
Expertise in **Labware LIMS validation**
Strong background in **CSA and regulatory compliance**
Hands-on experience with **equipment, software, and system qualification**
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
