Our client is seeking a an Immunologist with hands-on experience in pharmacology using animal models. This individual will be responsible for developing and running models such as CIA, Psoriasis, Asthma, SLE, and EAE, while also training and mentoring other personnel.
The role primarily involves executing models, capturing data, maintaining study logs, generating graphs (Prism Graph, PowerPoint, Excel), and preparing presentation slides. Proficiency in Prism software is essential.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-haves:
- Experience handling mice and rats
- Expertise in CIA, Psoriasis, Asthma, SLE, and EAE models
- Proficiency in Flow Cytometry, DTH, and inflammation models
- Familiarity with organoid culture
- Hands-on experience with ELISA, PCR, Western blotting
- Strong knowledge of immunology assays, FACS, and MSD
