About the Opportunity
Join our client, a global leader in drug delivery systems, as an IT Project Manager. This is a dynamic, high-impact role supporting critical SaaS implementation projects in collaboration with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
Key Deliverables
Act as the driving force, ensuring projects meet timeline, scope, and quality expectations.
Prior experience in implementations of Workday Adaptive or ERP application (Finance applications) at various stages.
Manage project plans, stakeholder communications, and deliverables while maintaining a clear focus on results.
Collaborate closely with FP&A, Finance, and Site teams, connecting the dots to ensure seamless execution.
Must Haves :
5 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager (10 years in IT).
Expertise in SaaS applications and finance / IT systems implementation.
Hands on in any cloud-based budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solution designed for FP&A teams like Anaplan, Oracle Netsuite, SAP Analytics Cloud, Prophix etc
Experience in any of the Finance Applications like ADP Workforce, SAP Success Factors, Workday HCM, Ceridian Dayforce
Experience in any financial close and accounting automation platform used for tasks like account reconciliations, journal entry automation, and financial reporting like Blackline, Trintech, FloQast, Oracle Account Reconcilation, SAP Account reconciliation
Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, reporting, and Smartsheet for project tracking.
Strong background in SDLC, WBS, and IT project methodologies.
Knowledge of GMP, Computer System Validation, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Proactive communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors effectively.
