We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the installation of windows and doors for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid background in construction project management. This role requires close coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities :
Manage multiple residential window and door installation projects from start to finish, adhering to scope, budget, and timeline.
Coordinate project materials, equipment, and manpower.
Supervise installation teams, ensuring work is completed according to specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Provide hands-on assistance to the installation teams as needed.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes, permits, and regulations.
Address and resolve any installation challenges, customer concerns or post-installation issues.
Conduct final measures to verify dimensions, specifications, and material requirements for each project.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Keep detailed project records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate, receive, and inspect product deliveries to ensure product quality and fulfillment prior to installation.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to installation teams.
Work both in the office environment as well as in the field onsite at each project.
Requirements :
3 years experience in construction or project management, preferably in residential window and door installation.
Strong knowledge of window and door products, installation techniques, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
Excellent communication and customer service skills .
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
