Job Overview
The Gas Pipefitter will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas pipelines and related systems for our electrical generators. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gas pipefitting, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to collaborate with other skilled trades in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain gas piping systems for electrical generator operations.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and adherence to codes and standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair gas lines and related equipment as required.
- Ensure all installations are in compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of all gas pipefitting work completed.
- Work closely with the electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in safety training and follow all safety protocols while on the job.
- Provide support for emergency repairs and maintenance as needed.
