The role of the Outdoor Gear Cashier contributes to our success by processing purchase transactions at registers and selling memberships while ensuring a high customer engagement and satisfaction with the transaction.Responsibilities
- Processes customer purchases, membership and service transactions at registers, including collecting payment for goods, making change and distributing receipts
- Promotes and sells memberships and other services and benefits, including mailing list
- Maintains a neat and well-stocked work area
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
- 10-key skills
- Previous cashiering experience (preferred)
