Job Summary
Master Fibers, Inc. a recycling company located in Albuquerque, NM is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to become an integral part of our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Determining the judgment of proper disposal methods
. Sorting manually pallets & recycling material
. Separating refuse from recyclable materials
. Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the facility
. Following proper recycling techniques and facility rules/guidelines
. Providing information and assistance to the public
. Additional duties/task assigned by management
. unload containers to feed the bailer, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
. and other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
-Capable of wearing Personal Protective Equipment while performing work activities
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and prioritize
-Willingness to work against the climate
-Basic math skills
-Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Willingness and ability to work in a flexible schedule
-Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs.-50lbs.
-Ability to be frequently bending/reaching/stooping and constantly walking/standing on a outside environment
-Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per year
