What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Loan Specialist - Manager position at Master Finance?
Small, installment loan company seeks a manager for its Ada location at 120 S Constant Ave. Preference is for a candidate with management on our industry, however candidates with non-management experience in our industry or managerial experience in other industries are encouraged to apply. As the manager, you will oversee the loan processing operations, ensuring compliance with TILA, FCRA, and FDCPA and other state/federal regulations. Duties included, but are not limited to:
- Taking and Processing small consumer loan applications
- Processing Loans new loans
- Renewing (Refinancing) existing customers
- Making collections calls from past due and delinquent customers
- Calling former borrowers to re-open their accounts
- Performing credit increase/decrease evaluations
- Processing paperwork to take written-off customers to court as well as appear in court on behalf of the company.
- Execute marketing campaigns to acquire new customers
Hours
Monday - Friday 8:45am-5:30pm
Saturday - 7:45am-12:00pm
Saturday morning hours are required
Earning potential is $35-40K and up per year, based on hourly bonus
