Key Responsibilities:
- Source, order, and manage inventory for Class 8 truck and trailer parts.
- Accurately process parts orders and ensure timely availability.
- Deliver and pick up parts efficiently and safely as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through excellent service.
- Maintain organized and accurate parts records.
- Identify cost-effective solutions for parts procurement.
Qualifications:
- Commercial Parts Knowledge: Strong understanding of Class 8 truck parts and trailer components.
- Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience in parts ordering, sourcing, and inventory management.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing orders and maintaining records.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide top-notch service to internal and external customers.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and well-organized area.
- Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record.
