Hotel Security Guard

We are currently seeking a security guard for a hotel with the following schedule:

• Mondays- Fridays : 10:00PM - 6:00AM
• 40 Hours/week

This role is a consistent and stable post with a fixed schedule, perfect for someone looking for a straightforward and low-stress job.

Key Qualifications: We are looking for a punctual and reliable individual with a strong attendance record who can maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol lobbies, corridors, public rooms, and property premises.
• Collaborate with management to interview guests and employees, and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents, and other safety-related issues.
• Monitor public areas for unsafe conditions and malfunctioning safety equipment.
• Address safety concerns by warning or ejecting trespassers and securing all areas and doors at designated times.
• Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor in all guest interactions, using appropriate greetings and phrases.
• Promptly and efficiently respond to guest needs and requests.
• Conduct yourself professionally at all times.
• Assist management with the Company Safety Program and ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Support and monitor staff needs during the shift.
