What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Security Officers- Morning/Day Shift position at Master Guard Security?
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible with punctual attendance.
Fridays-Saturdays 2:00PM-10:00PM &
Mondays-Tuesdays 6:00AM to 2:00PM
32 hour work week.
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone
- Verify and record guests/visitors’ vendors, and delivery personnel before granting access
- (All guests/visitors must have a valid CA ID)
- Call residents to notify them that they have a guest
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Operate the drive-in gate for residents, guests and vendors t enter
- Distribute waitlist forms to new applicants
- Distribute maintenance request forms t residents
- Monitor the parking lot
- Monitor the guest parking spaces (30-minute time limit)
- Directing vendors to the appropriate parking spaces
- Secure the premises
- Respond to residents’ incidents reports
- Document and report security incidents, observations, information, occurrences, and
- surveillance activities
- pirate/monitor the front entrance door
- Intervene in disputes or conflicts among residents and/or guests
- Remove unauthorized visitors/guests
- Provide customer service by assisting residents and visitors when needed and addressing
- their security concerns
- Enforce rules and regulations
- Remove unauthorized visitors/guests
- Respond to alarm signals and incidents
- Assist/respond promptly to emergency situations
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, common sense, and de-escalation techniques.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Treat all guests with dignity and respect.
- Positive attitude and effective communication with team members and clients.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and well-organized.
