We are looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our ever-growing facility. The press brake operator operates a press brake machine to bend or form metals to meet customer specifications and production requirements following engineering documents. Other duties include operation of production CNC laser machine.
Responsibilities to include; but not limited to:
Layout and load materials using measuring tools
Perform part inspections and quality checks
Communicate any issue that may prevent production flow
Maintain clean work area
Required Skills:
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Knowledge of basic math
Understanding of finished part characteristics
Physical Demands:
Dexterous with use of hands to grasp and pull material
Frequent lifting up to 80 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Education and Qualifications :
5 years manufacturing experience
Experience with metal fabrication and CNC controlled press brake is required
Must understand bend allowances and be able to perform flat sheet metal layouts based on customer supplied prints
May include other duties as needed
Must be available for overtime 40-52 hrs a week
