We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Fort Mill, SC office. This role involves assisting customers with product orders and inquiries, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to product orders and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Navigate computer systems to take notes and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication and active listening skills to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to actively listen and engage with customers.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift.
Additional Requirements:
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Fort Mill, SC
