Master Movers is looking to hire a hardworking, energetic and friendly Moving Consultant to focus strictly on phone sales here at our office in Venice.

**Must have previous sales experience.
This position will consist of the following responsibilities:
- Fielding incoming calls
- Follow a sales script
- Calling leads in a timely fashion
- Taking inventory of customer's belongings
- Taking accurate notes and other details of customer's specific needs
- Daily follow-ups
- Scheduling new moves and taking care of any necessary rescheduling
- Making outbound calls to try to generate more business
- Confirmation calls 1 and 2 weeks before your customers' moves
- Must be able to rebuttal objections and build value
- Must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn how to navigate our moving software
- Must be willing to quickly learn what materials are needed, depending on specific items being moved or packed.
Salary of $60,000
Commission 5%-8%
**This is a commission draw structured position with a weekly base plus an uncapped commission earning potential.**
**Willing to train, but knowledge of the moving industry is a bonus.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Active listening and empathy to understand customer pain points and motivations.
- Confidence in presenting product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Resilience and perseverance to handle objections and rejection in a positive manner.
- Problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions and address customer concerns.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software or sales tools.
- Previous experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
