As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for our valued clients. From troubleshooting complex systems to mentoring junior teammates, your expertise will be essential to delivering top-notch service and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and more.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Communicate system needs and solutions effectively to customers, providing cost/benefit analyses for repairs or replacements.
• Accurately document all services performed, parts used, and customer discussions.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and adhere to all safety and performance standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Participate in all company-sponsored training to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

What You Bring

• A GED or high school diploma is required; an associate's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Service Technician in residential HVAC service.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to mentor and train others.
• Organized, reliable, and willing to travel to job sites.
• Must have EPA Type II certification (preferred) and appropriate hand tools.
• Able to work in field service conditions.
