Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in landscape design and sales, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential and commercial projects. This role requires a creative professional who can collaborate with clients, develop detailed design plans, and work closely with our installation teams to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, vision, and budget for their outdoor spaces.
- Develop high-end residential and commercial landscape designs that blend aesthetics and functionality.
- Create detailed design plans, renderings, and proposals using CAD, 3D modeling, or similar design software.
- Work closely with the project management and installation teams to oversee project execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices in luxury landscape design.
- Utilize CRM and estimating software to create accurate project proposals.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in landscape design and sales, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or other landscape design software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell designs and concepts to clients.
- Knowledge of plants, hardscapes, outdoor living features, and construction techniques.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
