Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect / Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in landscape design and sales, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential and commercial projects . This role requires a creative professional who can collaborate with clients , develop detailed design plans , and work closely with our installation teams to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, vision, and budget for their outdoor spaces.
- Develop high-end residential and commercial landscape designs that blend aesthetics and functionality.
- Create detailed design plans, renderings, and proposals using CAD, 3D modeling, or similar design software.
- Work closely with the project management and installation teams to oversee project execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices in luxury landscape design.
- Utilize CRM and estimating software to create accurate project proposals.
