Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in detailed, high-end residential and commercial landscape construction and leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who is highly skilled in site work, drainage, irrigation, hardscaping, and low-voltage lighting installation. The foreman will lead and coach a team of 3 technicians, ensuring that projects are completed with precision and efficiency.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a Project Management or Operations Management role, depending on performance and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a crew of 3 technicians to complete landscaping projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Operate heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators) proficiently from day one.
- Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to execute projects accurately.
- Oversee the installation of irrigation systems, hardscapes, site work, drainage solutions, and low-voltage lighting.
- Work closely with the design team and project manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet design expectations.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
