Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the design and planning process.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project budgets, goals, and overall inspiration for their outdoor living spaces.
- Partner with our design team to create detailed and masterful landscaping plans tailored to each customer's vision.
- Learn and utilize our CRM and estimating software to prepare precise project estimates and proposals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction at every step of the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, products, and techniques to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Required Experience:
- Background in sales, architecture, landscaping, horticulture, construction, interior design, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work with design teams to develop creative, functional, and visually stunning projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and trust in clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately manage budgets and estimates.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and/or willingness to learn our systems.
