Master's Ranch And Christian Academy Myrtle, MO is looking for one CEO to join our 43 person strong team. We are located on 1669 Hwy Kk. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

The CEO will ensure that MRCA fulfills the organization's mission, vision, values and standards by overseeing the Following areas:

*Fiscal stability and accountability *Certification, corporate membership and licensure *Standards of Care *Development and Planning *Execution and reporting of annual goals, plans and special emphasis *Public Relations and Corporate Communications *Human Resources

*Ensure strategic implementation of the organization's primary purpose, goals and objectives. *Reports to the Board of Directors, at least quarterly, regarding fiscal status, execution of annual and long-term plans, and adherence to standards of care. *Leads a team of executives in considering major decisions regarding operations and programming. *Assures good standing with both community and regulatory bodies. *Represent MRCA in industry, academic and legislative matters. *Assures a distinctly Christian atmosphere and service delivery. *Make high level decisions about policy and strategy. *Assures responsible and ethical use of resources.

Qualifications

*Vital personal relationship with Jesus Christ. *High ethical thinking. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. *Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. *Master's Degree or Above preferred. Must be able to be certified as a principal in at least one of the Christian School Certification Associates in the United States. *Must affirm an integrative approach to psychology and biblical Christian Ministry. Must be willing to engage as a subject matter expert in issues related to adolescent care. *Must be able to work within federal, state and local regulations for institutional childcare. Must be willing to engage in the development of such regulations. *Must have experience working with adolescence. *Strong fiscal experience and willingness to engage in both development and public relations efforts of MRCA. *Must be able to formulate and communicate the mission, vision and purpose of the organization to a variety of stake holders. *Must be able to affirm the organizational doctrinal statement.

Physical Requirements

*Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. *Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. *Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. *Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
