Sunshine Foundation Repair is looking for a Sales Professionals to add to our growing team!
Career Opportunity: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners on warm, company-generated leads; No cold-calling!
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems with their home
- Record data and findings with precise attention to detail
- Provide solutions to resolve structural problems and water intrusion issues
- Negotiate contracts, process payments and file paperwork for scheduling of projects
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven sales experience required
- Previous experience in construction and/or waterproofing preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency working with basic computer software
- Team player, strong ethics, and high integrity
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required
- A valid driver’s license
