WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH
Your day starts with planning the installations and repairs for our valued residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You set out in your company truck, equipped for success. As you diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve heating and cooling issues, you maintain a clean and organized workspace while providing exceptional service to each client. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A good driving record with a valid driver's license (no more than one ticket in the last 5 years)
- Experience with HVAC replacements
- The ability to adhere to all state HVAC codes
- Experience supervising apprentices
- Strong soldering and electrical work skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to climb ladders, work in close spaces, and adhere to safety standards
YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH
This full-time role offers a typical workweek of 45-50 hours, with on-call duties and overtime as necessary. Shifts usually run from 7 AM. to 5 PM, depending on scheduling needs.
