Your Responsibilities as a Service Inspector:
- Travel to customers’ homes for pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or address warranty concerns.
- Assesses previous work, identifies potential issues, and recommends additional products or services to enhance system performance.
- Ensures all installations meet job specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Completes necessary paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communication.
- Delivers exceptional customer service and ensures all concerns are resolved.
- Strives to meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
- Attends required meetings
- Represents the company culture and values.
- Operates company vehicles safely and maintains reliable on-site attendance.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Service Inspector:
- Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices.
- Skill in operating equipment and power tools.
- Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
- Skill in verbal communication.

Compensation:
- $50,000-$80,000 per year (base commission)
