Master Services is looking for a Warehouse Assistant!

Master Services is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. We are proud to be the region’s leader in the basement waterproofing, crawlspace repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling industry.
Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Assistant:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy against purchase orders
- Pick and prepare orders for production crews
- Facility upkeep and operational maintenance
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations
- Collecting materials from the warehouse and safely transporting materials to the shipping bays
- Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and purchase products as needed
- Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
- Managing all merchandise with appropriate care
- Coordinating the timely delivery of materials to job sites as required
- Process returns or damaged products
- Perform essential preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
- Assist in daily operations
- Schedule preventative maintenance for fleet vehicles
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for management, including details on fleet vehicles
- Run errands as needed
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Warehouse Assistant:
- Prior Experience working in a Warehouse
- Knowledge of operating a forklift
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Prior experience with mechanical tools and power equipment is preferred
