Our Quality reputation is creating new work opportunities in 2025, requiring us to add to our team We currently seek experienced Welder/Fabricators, that have above average skills in fabrication, to support the trailer building processes.
ROLE: To work as a team member for a leading heavy haul trailer manufacturer within Production, as a Welder-Fabricator. This role will work closely with the Production Fabrication Lead, perform welding activities, ensuring all product specifications, quality requirements, and deadlines are met.
- Adequately exhibits and performs all the requirements of the Welder/Fabricator.
- Interprets and fabricates projects from blueprints.
- Exhibits necessary skills for MIG welding.
- Exhibits proficiency with vertical welding.
- Improved proficiency with welding, in consideration of extremely limited errors and productivity.
- Exhibits the skill level to work independently.
- Exhibits understanding and proper utilization of Pre-heating procedures and processes.
- Exhibits an understanding of metallurgy.
- Performs other business-related duties as required and assigned.
