At Master Spas, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our worldwide dealer network. As an Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing dealer accounts, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth operations to support our growing business.
What You'll Do:
- Stay organized and manage orders, paperwork, and inventory for assigned dealers.
- Process shipments and collaborate with the Shipping and Production teams.
- Prepare sales orders, packing slips, and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Build strong relationships with dealers to ensure long-term success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve dealer concerns with professionalism.
- Support additional tasks as needed by management.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
✔ Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
✔ Experience in a similar role, ideally within dealer support, logistics, or inventory management.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)—experience with SAGE100 is a plus!
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔ Ability to work in a dynamic environment, including manufacturing and warehouse settings.
