As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the central force behind campaign innovation, team development, and brand success. You’ll work cross-functionally, guiding everything from print and digital advertising to influencer partnerships and immersive events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Strategy: Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, review KPIs monthly, and lead with purpose and vision.
- Creative Oversight: Manage the design and execution of print ads, digital media, direct mail, and international collateral.
- Media & Account Management: Review and analyze media requests, assign tasks, and guide strategy.
- Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with the social media team to support influencer negotiations and product placement.
- Event Coordination & Activations: Organize high-impact events and collaborate with partners to deliver unforgettable brand experiences.
- Creative Production Support: Assist in planning and executing photoshoots with photographers, property owners, and talent.
- Legal & Brand Protection: Partner with legal advisors on trademarks, copyrights, and brand ambassador contracts.
- Lifelong Learning: Stay sharp by engaging in books, webinars, courses, and podcasts—always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
