Packer - Covers Department

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality Spas and Swim Spas, and our Covers Department - Packers play a crucial role in ensuring our spa covers are assembled, packed, and ready for customers. What You’ll Do:

• Pack foam cores into vinyl spa covers according to customer specifications.
• Inspect products for tears, cracks, and dents to ensure quality before shipping.
• Assemble and label packing boxes to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain proper organization and rotation of cover products.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Follow all safety regulations and work efficiently as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Physical ability – Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. overhead.
✔ Hand-eye coordination & dexterity – Ability to handle materials efficiently.
✔ Attention to detail – Ensure proper packing and product quality.
✔ Team-oriented mindset – Work effectively with others in a production environment.
✔ Reliability – Good attendance and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
✔ Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus!

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mandatory Overtime Possible)
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr
