We’re looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the perfect spa—and everything that goes with it.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom (and at fun off-site events!)
- Sell spas, accessories, and spa care products.
- Generate leads and keep up with customer follow-ups via phone or email,
- Help customers understand financing options and complete paperwork like a pro.
- Support the sales team with everything from inventory to photo shoots to special events
You’ll Also Help With:
- Preparing for off-site shows and events
- Coordinating with delivery teams
- Keeping the showroom stocked and showroom-ready
- Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional service
- Organizing supplies and maintaining a well-kept workspace
What You Bring:
✔ A high school diploma or equivalent
✔ Previous sales or customer service experience (bonus points for retail!)
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ A knack for multitasking and staying organized
✔ Comfort using Excel and handling transactions (preferred)
