✅ Track parts and materials used in repairs and replacements
✅ Ensure quality work and maintain a clean, safe workspace

✔ Hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or general home repair (RV experience is a plus but not required!)
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
✔ Basic carpentry skills and comfort working with tools
✔ Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
✔ Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
✔ Ability to maneuver in tight spaces, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
