Job Title: AI Engineer - Conversational
Location: Hybrid (On-site Mondays and Tuesdays) State of Michigan
Duration: 1 Year (With Possible Extension)
Notes:
- Interview Process: Virtual via MS Teams Video (Candidates must be prepared to share their screen; vendors must validate the candidate at the start of the interview).
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (On-site Mondays and Tuesdays) No remote-only option.
- Develop, enhance, and optimize AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants using Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI.
- Implement Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve chatbot interactions.
- Utilize Google Cloud Services such as BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Cloud Functions to integrate and manage AI solutions.
- Design and implement structured conversational flows using Dialogflow Playbooks and Tools.
- Analyze AI performance metrics, conduct model training and tuning, and ensure high accuracy in AI responses.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related technical challenges while improving model efficiency and response quality.
