Job Description

• Administer and manage ArcGIS Online or On-Premise.
• Provide Tableau administration and development support.
• Set up and maintain user permissions to ensure data security.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to ArcGIS SaaS and Tableau.
• Collaborate with business users to understand data visualization and GIS analytics needs.
• Review system capabilities and specifications to determine the feasibility of changes.
• Write detailed descriptions of user requirements and program functions.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis of alternative solutions.
