Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA Hybrid (On-site 3 days/week, Remote 2 days/week)

Requirements Gathering & Documentation (15%)

Engage with business users to gather and document project requirements.

Analyze the impact of proposed changes on existing record layouts and processes.

Testing & Validation (50%)

Develop and execute test cases.

Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT).

Monitor and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Documentation & Reporting (15%)

Create documentation, including training materials and project-related documents.

Assist with work request tracking and project status reporting.

Collaboration & Support (10%)

Work with technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
