Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to gather and document requirements, identify impacted business processes, assess business needs, and recommend IT solutions. Perform GAP and SWOT analyses to support decision-making.
- Develop detailed wireframes, screen mockups, context diagrams, workflow diagrams, business process models, traceability matrices, and benefits realization documents.
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Facilitate sprint planning and manage backlogs using Azure DevOps tools such as backlog management and Sprint boards.
- Elicit and decompose requirements into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Write test plans and use cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Apply Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM) best practices, leveraging knowledge of the Secure Application Development Lifecycle (SADLC) for delivering secure and efficient solutions.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
