Job Title: Software Developer (Identity & Access Management - IAM)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST (occasional evenings/weekends if required)

Notes:
- Telework Position 100% remote within the U.S.
- Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Travel expenses (if required) must comply with State of Texas travel rules.

- Work order may be renewed for up to three years (until August 31, 2028).
Job Description:
- Develop, integrate, and support IAM systems using IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG), IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), IBM Security Verify Directory (ISVD), and ISVA Federation.
- Develop software solutions for single sign-on and security gateway applications.
- Utilize Java EE (Servlet, JSP) to design and implement secure web-based solutions.
- Administer and support IAM configurations, policies, and applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues.
- Collaborate with project teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure security compliance and system efficiency.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and access control policies.
