Job Title: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Programmer Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (Candidate must be able to pick up equipment in person).

- Automation Development: Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.
- Citizen Development Program Support:
- Encourage business users to adopt Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Provide training, support, and guidance for solution development.
- Ensure compliance and governance in tool usage across the organization.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Develop, oversee, and maintain RPA bots and workflows.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work with departments to align automation solutions with business needs.
- Technology Expertise: Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
- Microsoft Power Automate RPA: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience, with technical details highlighted on the resume.
- Microsoft Power Platform Tools: In-depth knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, SharePoint, and related tools (10 years).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication with demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal and training settings.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to interface amicably with diverse teams and prioritize business requests effectively.
- Educational Requirement: BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience in computer systems concepts and design.
