Job Title: .Net Power Platform Architect
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite Two Days a Week)

Hybrid role Must be local (within two hours of Lansing, MI) and onsite twice a week.

Job Description:

Provide technical support and maintenance for applications built on MS Dynamics and MS Azure.

Serve as a Technical Customer Service Analyst, assisting end-users with application-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ASP.NET, HTML, and other web technologies.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth system operation.

Provide clear and concise communication when documenting issues, solutions, and technical processes.

Support ongoing enhancements and optimizations to applications and services.

Follow State IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
