Job Title: .Net Power Platform Architect
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite Two Days a Week)
Job Type: Contract (1 year with likely extension)
Interview Process:

• 1st Round: Virtual via MS Teams (Camera ON)

• 2nd Round: Potential in-person interview

Notes:

• Hybrid role Must be local (within two hours of Lansing, MI) and onsite twice a week.

• No remote-only option Onsite presence is required from day one.

Job Description:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for applications built on MS Dynamics and MS Azure.

• Serve as a Technical Customer Service Analyst, assisting end-users with application-related issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ASP.NET, HTML, and other web technologies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth system operation.

• Provide clear and concise communication when documenting issues, solutions, and technical processes.

• Support ongoing enhancements and optimizations to applications and services.

• Follow State IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
