Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Jasper Reports Developer
Location: Austin, Texas (100% Remote, Work Location With-in the United States. The working position is Telework.)

Job Description:
Database and Report Development:

- Design, code, and support databases using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Develop and maintain Jasper Reports.
- Integrate databases with Java applications.

Testing and Debugging:
- Perform unit testing to ensure code reliability and quality.
- Identify and resolve bugs for core and PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System) projects.

Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation for database designs, reports, and processes.

Agile Development:
- Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning and iterative development cycles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in designing, coding, and supporting databases using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- 8 years of experience integrating databases with Java applications.
- 8 years of experience in unit testing.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and development practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with statewide education data systems is a plus.

- All work products developed during the engagement will be considered "works made for hire" and become the property of TEA.
