Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Lansing, Michigan (Hybrid - Onsite 2 days per week)
Contract Duration: 1 Year with possible extension

Notes:

• Onsite interviews will be conducted at the Lansing office.

• For MS Teams interviews, candidates must use a laptop and be prepared to share their screen if requested.

• Use of headphones is discouraged.

• A screenshot photo of the candidate will be required at the beginning of virtual interviews, and a vendor representative must be present.

• Hybrid work schedule: Onsite 2 days per week (no remote-only option).

• Candidates must be local at the time of submission. Relocation candidates will not be considered.

• The candidate's resume must include full legal first and last name ONLY.

• A valid Right to Represent document with the hybrid work schedule confirmed by the candidate is required.

• Withdrawn candidates will not be permitted to be replaced.

• If a sub-vendor is used, only one level deep is allowed, and approval must be obtained via the Formstack link provided.

• Develop functional requirement documents and perform gap analysis.
• Gather requirements and create technical specifications (SDLC).
• Write user stories, design prototypes, and document system workflows.
• Assist with Enterprise Architecture, Hosting, and Firewall Rules.
• Develop training materials and user manuals.
• Design and execute test plans, including UAT and post-implementation testing.
• Identify and track defects, assist with RFC implementation.
• Maintain system documentation and support users during production.
