Job Description:

Oversee UX/UI designs to ensure they adhere to agency-wide design standards and industry best practices.

Translate research into user stories, requirements, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes, and contribute to future product roadmaps.

Conduct user testing and outreach to ensure product solutions meet the needs of end users.

Partner with the product team, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders on design solutions.

Collaborate with internal and external teams, including product designers, developers, and product managers.

Ensure compliance with federal accessibility guidelines for web design.
