We're seeking a UI/UX Developer with expertise in desktop and mobile platforms to craft innovative and user-centric interfaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for both desktop and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and development teams to translate concepts into functional designs.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, scalability, and performance on various devices and screen sizes.
- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and gather user feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
- Implement accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in wireframes to ensure inclusive design.
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Use design collaboration tools to manage version control and track feedback.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Design Tools:
- Proficiency in industry-standard wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure RP.
- UI Frameworks & Libraries:
- Familiarity with Material Design, Bootstrap, or other design frameworks.
- Front-End Technologies (Basic Knowledge):
- HTML5, CSS3 (including pre-processors like SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.
- Understanding of front-end libraries/frameworks like Angular.js or Vue.js is a plus.
- Understanding of .NET MVC framework is a big plus
- Version Control & Collaboration:
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Zeplin or Abstract.
- Performance Optimization:
- Knowledge of responsive design principles, cross-platform compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.
- Accessibility Standards:
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and how to implement them in designs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 4 years of experience in UI/UX design and wireframing for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for desktop and mobile applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
