We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Web Management Intern to join our team for the upcoming internship term. This role will focus on enhancing our digital presence through website management, SEO strategy, and digital marketing initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience optimizing website performance, developing content strategies, and implementing digital marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating website content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
• Conduct website audits and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and content creation.
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Work on special projects related to web design, maintenance, or improvements.
• Bonus Opportunity: Support social media strategy and content creation if time permits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (graduating 2026)
• You will be based in the Cleveland, OH area in the summer of 2025
• Basic knowledge of website management tools (e.g., WordPress, CMS platforms) and SEO principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

Additional Information

Our internships will start Summer of 2025 and end 6 to 12 months later.  Actual start dates will be determined once an offer has been extended. 

Internship hours will be dependent on the student’s availability while school is in session.  During the summer, interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, or as mutually agreed upon.  Applicants will have the opportunity to share their availability during the interview process.
