We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand and Product Director to take ownership of a premium brand within Masterbrand Cabinets. This role is instrumental in shaping and executing an endtoend strategy to drive growth innovation and market leadership for the brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking leadership and brand management preferably in the cabinet manufacturing industry. The position will report to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an endtoend strategy to grow the premium brand and solidify its market position.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the brands goals with overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team supporting marketing efforts training programs and graphic design.
- Oversee marketing campaigns brand messaging and customer engagement strategies.
- Partner with sales product management and operations teams to support gotomarket strategies.
- Ensure training content aligns with the premium positioning and value proposition of the brand
- Ensure the graphic design team produces highquality impactful visuals that reflect the brands premium positioning.
- Measure the effectiveness of brand and product strategies using key performance indicators.
- Use datadriven insights to refine and enhance strategies.
- Travel as business needs require estimated 2550%.
