- Strong background in Talent Acquisition in managing Analytics and Strategy consulting hiring preferably from Fintech company
- Strong people management skills, should have worked in sourcing model
- Ability to work as an individual contributor with the help of sourcing and interview coordinating team
- Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etc
- Experience managing high volume recruiting processes
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition in managing Analytics and Strategy consulting hiring preferably from Fintech company
