Job Title

Senior Analyst, Sponsorship Operations

As a member of the Sponsorships team, this role will provide operational and analytical support to the business, including:

ASSET MANAGEMENT AND PRIVACY

• Become a subject matter expert on all things related to the sponsorships asset management and Global Sponsorships compliance policies

o Provide guidance to regional teams and stakeholders

o Develop quick reference materials to simplify for internal teams

o Develop and deliver internal training, both formally and informally, in order to reinforce/refresh Sponsorship processes and practices

• Oversee the automated Global Sponsorships Asset Management tool

o Manage routine day-to-day operations and any future enhancements as needed

o Develop and manage deliverables calendar to ensure timely upload of inventory, timely approvals, inventory allocation support, and post-event reconciliation.

o Ensure regional and local market teams are clear on procedural expectations and are managing against expected deliverables.

o Monitor Super User activity in line with audit and compliance expectations.

• Maintain working knowledge of overall sponsorship portfolio and ambassador roster

o Support creation of contract summaries to clearly define contractual assets and ensure those assets are being tracked appropriately through various internal systems

o Maintain events calendar and engage with property teams at key checkpoints ahead of event delivery

o Present summarized data in clear manner for senior management to review

o Support quarterly record keeping initiatives and mandatory reporting needs

• Manage the GDPR compliant guest registration tool with support from agency resources

o Liaise with internal teams to ensure ongoing privacy and data management deliverables are met

o Provide support and guidance to regional teams engaging in activities where sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is captured, transferred, contemplated

o Update content language and work with teams to deliver changes in line with evolving laws around privacy, data retention, and data safeguarding

• Provide ongoing status updates and business analytics as needed to convey progress towards Sponsorship and Integrated Marketing and Communications department objectives (e.g. Diversity spend, Gender Balance, Sustainability)
• Oversee system maintenance in accordance with changing privacy laws, translations of privacy policies and terms of use, and integration with downstream Mastercard systems
• Monitor and own responses to inquiries submitting into the team's shared mailbox

RISK MANAGEMENT

• Validate and issue quarterly asset utilization and procedural compliance reporting including automation through team's data visualization tools (DOMO)
• Liaise with regional and local market teams to help address and escalate compliance related issues and sharing of best practices while keeping management abreast of urgent issues as they arise

o Run weekly meetings with agency and regional counterparts

o Manage agendas and follow-through of deliverables

o Identify and implement structured escalation procedures which may differ region to region

o Facilitate data sharing with Internal Control and Risk Management teams for support in reducing exceptions to policy

• Streamline existing processes around systems' user profile management and retention of evidence for future audits
• Partner with team members within and outside of Sponsorships to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions across risk management controls, privacy policies, reporting, and more.

AGENCY MANAGEMENT

• Participate in quarterly business reviews with various agencies that support the Sponsorships function
• Lead agency resources to ensure deliverables are being met on time and within budget
• Support agency's response to internal risk assessments and other periodic oversight measures as required by corporate policies

Westchester County Salary Range: $94,000 - $146,000
