Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Conversational GenAI Designer to join our team working on cutting-edge conversational AI. This position is a contractor position for 3 months, with a potential to be extended after that period. This role will be critical in shaping the way our GenAI chatbots interact with users across multiple projects. As a Conversational GenAI Designer, you will be responsible for defining use cases, designing conversational flows, annotating datasets and ensuring quality in our AI-driven chat solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, subject matter experts, linguists, machine learning engineers, and UX designers to create engaging, intuitive, and intelligent conversational experiences for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Case Definition :
- Identify and define use cases for the chatbot, detailing what the bot should and should not discuss.
- Work with stakeholders to align conversational objectives with product goals and user needs.
- Conversation Design and Structure :
- Write conversational examples that span various interaction types, ensuring natural and meaningful exchanges.
- Design multiple conversational flows that support user objectives, using storytelling principles and contextual adaptability.
- Dataset Annotation and Review :
- Annotate and curate datasets to improve chatbot performance and personalization.
- Review generated datasets for quality, accuracy, and relevancy to intended use cases.
- Prompt Engineering and Quality Evaluation :
- Develop, test, and refine prompts to guide the chatbot in generating accurate, helpful responses.
- Collaborate with data scientists and MLEs to evaluate the quality of fine-tuned models and iterate based on feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner with data scientists, product managers, SMEs, linguists, MLEs, and UX designers to inform and refine conversation design.
- Manage and prioritize work across multiple projects, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs.
