Masterclock is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a full-time Shipping and Order Management Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate communication, and efficient delivery from the moment a purchase order is received until it reaches the customer. Duties include verification and accuracy in purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Verify data accuracy on purchase orders, sales orders and invoices. The successful candidate will also provide vital administrative support, including reception duties, office supply management, and ensuring compliance with security processes for visitors. Applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED. 3 years in order shipping including overseas shipping is preferred. Strong understanding of export requirements and quality control processes. Detail oriented, self-motivated and flexible with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Full Benefits package including health benefits, 401K, paid vacation. Salary range $18.50 - $21.00 per hour.
