MasterControl is growing rapidly and recruiting an Account Development Representative for our sales / marketing team. This vital role will initiate customer and prospect contact, and nurture, and qualify leads and accounts for our regional sales teams. Reporting to the Sr. Sales Development Manager, the Account Lead Development Representative (ADR) will work closely with the EMEA and North America sales and marketing teams and be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management owning the lead from inception through qualification and nurturing before passing it onto the applicable regional account executive. Successful ADRs will be eligible for promotion.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for nurturing sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
- Responsible for engaging in Account Based Marketing cold call activities and nurturing.
- Actively seeks training from management and provides suggestions for improvement in a positive way.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
- Perform inbound / outbound calling for lead generation.
- Manage and monitor outbound / inbound prospect activities and provide follow-up to marketing campaigns.
- Successfully manage and overcome objections.
- Articulate the Company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
- Adapt conversations to promote software solutions with various management levels and professionals across technical and business disciplines
- Qualify sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
- Pass qualified opportunities and related information to the sales team to create an effective lead hand-off
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects and customers.
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the Company's technology – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.
- Developing industry specific scripts and email templates
- Proactively continue company product and competitive product and market knowledge via website, online webinars, and marketing information
- Social Media Monitoring : Engaging with social media platforms, creating alerts on keywords, researching topics and sharing information with individuals responsible for producing the content and responses
- Record all activity in CRM and update records as necessary
- Track engagement and intent in Demandbase

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with multiple teams across our organization. This position has advancement potential, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 - $50,000 base $20,000 - $30,000 commission equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
