Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in our internal Data/Analytics team, responsible for developing and maintaining data-driven insights while leveraging both traditional analytics and AI solutions. This position combines expertise in data analysis, AI implementation, and business intelligence to deliver actionable insights and drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will utilize advanced analytics tools, AI technologies, and traditional data analysis methods to optimize business processes and create innovative solutions. The Data Analyst role requires an ability to see problems in process, recommend solutions that will be beneficial to the end user, and produce high integrity data. You should be an expert at analyzing large data sets, enjoy diving deep into data analysis, discovering root causes, and designing long-term solutions. Members of the data team should be effective communicators capable of driving solutions and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data analytics solutions using both traditional and AI-driven approaches.
- Develop and manage AI workflows to automate data processing and analysis.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose AI-enabled solutions to optimize workflows.
- Build, maintain, and optimize complex data architectures to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational needs and implement data-driven solutions.
- Create and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports using Domo.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across platforms.
- Continuously optimize AI-driven data solutions for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics is required.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency (MySQL, Redshift).
- Epert-level Excel skills, including data modeling and automation.
- Expert-level Domo experience (dashboarding, data transformation, and visualization).
- Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms, with an ability to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in Python or R, particularly with AI/ML libraries.
- Familiarity with AI workflow automation tools to streamline data processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Information Systems, or Analytics preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
- Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote and in-person collaboration.
