Position Summary:
- Exceptional phone communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
- Experience with tracking call information, documenting files, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
- Prowess in multitasking multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in answering phones, listening actively, conveying information, and typing simultaneously.
- Focused on delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions.
- Team collaboration through achieving related results as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders accurately, respond to emails promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.
- Record, organize, and file documents.
- Notify customers about stock availability or discontinued items.
- Update customer orders as requested.
- Assist with refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- Collect payment information and other details accurately over the phone.
- Prepare shipping and customs documents for dispatch.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or related fields.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Infor CloudSuite an asset.
- A motivated team player.
